Disbursement results for the first 6 months of this year reached VND 14,811 billion, reaching 43.7% of the plan for 2018, including: State budget capital is estimated at VND 9,361 billion, achieving 50% of the plan; Off-budget funds disbursed VND4,685 billion, gaining 46.85% of the plan; Government bonds disbursed VND492.5 billion, achieving 19% of the plan; capital from 2017 is estimated at VND 272.34 billion, reaching 10.15% of the plan.

During the past time, the Ministry of Transport also accelerated the finalization of completed projects. With projects funded by the state budget, from the beginning of 2018 up to now, 12 projects have been programmed and finalized with the value of 17.172 trillion dong, of which 3 BOT projects 3,334 billion and 9 budget projects. The state is 13,838 billion dong.

At the same time, completion of verification, approval and settlement of 27 projects worth 13,702 billion VND, including 24 state budget projects worth 11.535 billion VND and 3 BOT projects worth 2.167 billion copper.

From the beginning of 2018 to 20/6/2018, the total road toll fee through the stations in the country is estimated at 3,789 billion, reaching 54.5% of the plan in 2018; Estimated spending on central road maintenance fund in 2018 with a budget of 7,200 billion, disbursed according to the plan of 6 months in 2018 with the value of over 3,825 billion.

Regarding the renewal, rearrangement and equitization of state-owned enterprises, the Ministry of Transport has instructed the Vietnam National Shipping Lines to withdraw their capital according to the regulations and complete the equitization plan under the direction of the Ministry of Transport. Prime Minister; Completing the plan on establishment of Vietnam Aviation Security Company; To report to the Prime Minister on the plan to sell state capital at ACV; To evaluate and direct the unit to complete the plan on the restructuring of the Vietnam Railway Corporation.

The Ministry also sends the dossier on the transfer of state capital ownership rights at 4 joint stock companies to the State Capital Investment Corporation.
