Local design firm Studio Stolon development planned for the project, known as the Forest Mews with the harmonious arrangement of the houses around the public area outdoor terrace. The project to create a sustainable community, save energy, reduce environmental pollution with a combined sewer system with green vegetation, rainwater collection systems and stormwater management .

Unlike the structure of the traditional houses, the construction of three two-storey house airy and flooded with natural light from a challenging terrain. Each steel frame carries a separate structure to maximize natural light and the surrounding landscape through large wall while also providing privacy for the occupants. The system is set up insulation in the walls, floors and roofs, creating a balance between natural light and thermal performance.

Green roof structure emphasizes sustainable properties, helps regulate the flow of rainwater. Underfloor heating system is also used throughout the space. Also common courtyard area, each house has an extension for those planning outdoor activities.
