Accordingly, the ring road 1 of Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc (continuation of the route "the most expensive road in the world" of Kim Lien - O Cho Dua) ​​is 2,274 m in length, 50 m in cross section, with two overpasses at Giang Giang Vo-Lang Ha and Nguyen Chi Thanh have a total investment of VND7,779.3 billion. In particular, the land clearance is about 6,000 billion.

So far, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc road has set a new record for expensive road construction, which is 2.4 times more expensive than the previous Kim Lien - O Cho Dua route. Previously, the most expensive route of the Kim Lien - O Cho Dua was completed in 2010 with the cost of up to 642 billion dong.

According to Vu Ha, the project is heading from many items such as parking lots, green trees, synchronous joints of technical infrastructure, landscape architecture including sidewalks south of De La Thanh Road at the strip of land between the road belt 1 and De La Road section of Hoang Cau to Lang Ha with an area of ​​about 6,083 m2.

The project implementation period is from 2017 to 2020 with a total investment of 7,779.3 billion VND from Hanoi's budget and other legal sources. In particular, the cost of site clearance, about 6,000 billion.

The project will carry out clearance and resettlement for about 2,328 households, including 808 households in Dong Da district and 1520 households in Ba Dinh district.
