Foreign CEO mentioned the main reason why condotel attractive

A new type, rapid return of capital in the context of tourism is planned as a key economic sector to help investors condotel.
Stephen Wyatt, general director of JLL Vietnam, a global real estate research and consulting firm, has identified three main reasons for this type of holiday apartment to attract investors and investors.

Firstly, condominiums are a new type of investment developed over the past three years, so the competitiveness of the market is still low compared to other markets such as apartments, townhouses, villas and the ground. In addition, this type of property is also popular thanks to the "hybrid" feature as well as the profit commitment program is launched.

Secondly, in line with other types of real estate for sale, this type of product is favored by investors because of the rapid return on investment.

Third, the 2017 Tourism Law was passed by the National Assembly. Accordingly, the tourism industry will be planned to develop into a spearhead economic sector in the future. This has a great impact and will create momentum for the real estate sector in the future thanks to the policies of investment support, incentives from the Government.

According to the General Director of JLL Vietnam, the development of the type of condominium is proportional to the needs of tourists. As this demand grows, it means the positive development of this type of asset.

According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, international visitors to Vietnam in 2017 reached nearly 13 million, an increase of 29% over the previous year. In three locations attracted investors condotel, Nha Trang has the strongest growth in international visitors with nearly 70%, Da Nang 36%.

As noted by JLL, the type of condominium resort has grown most of the key tourist destinations in Vietnam. However, large markets such as Da Nang and Nha Trang still have a lot of potential to develop tourism in general and resort real estate in particular.
