Successful bidder amount collected is 4221 billion, reaching 138% of the target assigned (3.050 billion). Proceeds from land equivalent to 15% of the total city budget, reaching 28.000 billion. In particular, land rent of about 4256 billion, land use fee of about 22,400 billion and other revenues.

Besides, in 2016, working in the certificate of land use right (red book), the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment are also many administrative reforms.

After applying several strong reforms, by 31.12.2016, level indicators red book on city locations are exceeded. The city has issued nearly 1.4 million copies in the first red book neighborhoods, reaching 90.3%. Red book for the group reached 81.44% of the project. Red books after land consolidation reached 95.5%.
